Before I start blabbering on my boring life, just want to say thank you to my friends for showering their concerns. I appreciate it.
To Sabby and Darwy, sorry that I got you guys worried. I didn't reply you guys because I just wanted some time alone, but thanks. I am one lucky girl to have this 2 dear friends for me. (:
To Dinesh, I am so honoured to have you mention my name in ur blogpost. Hahas. It was so shocking that I even had to ask you, " is that grace you mention in your blog referring to me." Hahas. Seriously for a moment I seriously thought it was the other one. Anyway, thanks dude. I will kept your advice in mind.
Of course, these weren't the only others who were there for me. Thanks to all.
My flu is almost cured. I am now left with occassional cough and a sexy voice. LOLS.
I feel so much better crying it all out yesterday. I am still lost, but ignoring it may be the best way for me now. Spent the whole day locking myself up in my room. Like that I can even prevent new quarrels. My mum sent me a sms just now, saying how terrible she felt after hearing words yesterday and blah blah blah. Anyone can easily guess correctly how I was feeling at that time. All I know is- I am tired of being a nice girl.
Did some studying today. Read finish two books on volcanoes, read the economics mid year exam 2007 answer sheet and did finish my chinese homework. The only thing that got me headaches is I just remembered we have to finish ALL the geofiles including the new book on population!!! Geofiles nightmare again.

Here are the photos I've taken in Jakarta, and Yes sabrina, I have uploaded pictures of the volcano crater as well. Enjoys.
Day 1:

Here are the photos I've taken in Jakarta, and Yes sabrina, I have uploaded pictures of the volcano crater as well. Enjoys.
Day 1:
The 3 pictures below were taken while I was in the bus, there were some examples of the slums we saw at the city fringe. They were by the riverside and you should really see how terrible living conditions were over there. (Double click the picture for a larger view.)

Chicken. Thought it would have been something unique, guess this is the Indonesian way of cooking chicken.
The back view of our hotel- The Borobudur Hotel.
Random shots taken around the Hotel.
The mini hotel park, there is even a running track.
Our floor lobby.
Had the dinner at this place. The outside of this building looks terrible, but it is very grand inside. Looks can be decepting. Hahas.
A picture of my cousin Elina- the star of the night and me.
Thats my Auntie on the left, also her mum.
Some random shot taken inside the ballroom and a precious one too. Ask me and I might tell you why. Hehes.
Needless to say, a beautiful, graceful and stunning pictures of me.

Day 3:
Random pictures of landscapes in Bandung taken during the bus ride. Bandung is a beautiful place, so much more better than Jakarta and to think that Jakarta is classified as an urban area and Bandung a rural area. The picture above is supposedly a tea plantation.

You could see this kind of structures along the roads of Bandung. It is their home as well as their shop.
Day 2:
Went to some shopping center right after breakfast. But the shopping experience was so terrible that we decided to just go back to the hotel to slack before the dinner in the night. I should have taken pictures of the clothes they were selling over there, you will definitely not buy anything at all. Lets say, dressing sense in Singapore and Jakarta differs way alot!
Had lunch in the hotel and played tennis with my sisters. Definitely had a hard time, it is not as fun as playing tennis with Darwina, Fandy and my brother.
Woke up at 6am, because the whole Wong family is going on a day trip to Bandung. We had to take a 3 hour bus ride to there, so the earlier we leave the more time we have.
Photos below are on the Hotspring, can't remember the name.

The hotspring is believe to be of medicinal value and cures some ailments, thus it is a common sight to see people washing themselves in the hotspring.

After visiting the hotspring, we all stop for lunch at a Sudanese restaurant. The food was delicious and the food I love most in Indonesia is their Nasi Goreng. LOLS
After lunch, we visited my first love.

Above are beautiful pictures of sceneries surrounding my first love, but only the magnificent Tangkubanparahu Volcano caught my eye. My first love, definitely have a super long and difficult to spell name.

My first love is an active stratovolcano. It last known eruption was in 1983. The picture above is the crater of my first love.

The fact that there is the presence of gases (supposedly sulphur dioxide) emmited out from the volcano shows that it is alive.
Finally a picture of My first love and I.
I also did horseriding over there, but my dear handphone decided to die out on me. This is the second time my handphone ran out of battery when I was in the mood of taking photos.
Anyway, as for the remaining time, we went to some shopping district in the city center. Shopping there is way better than Jakarta. As for Day 4, we just slack in the hotel until the bus was ready to pick us up to the airport.
